1. Who we are
In short:nun.ki lets hosts sell access to live sessions through a link.
nun.ki provides links, ticketing, payment collection and live rooms for sessions organised by hosts. Hosts decide what they offer; nun.ki runs the tools around it.
2. Hosts
In short:you're responsible for what you host and for showing up.
Hosts describe their session honestly, run it at the announced time, and follow the law where they and their guests are. nun.ki may pause a link that misleads guests.
3. Guests and tickets
In short:your phone number is your ticket, for one screen at a time.
A ticket is tied to the phone number or email used to buy it. It opens the room on one device at a time; opening it elsewhere moves the seat to the new device.
4. Payments and fees
In short:nun.ki holds the money until the session happens, then pays the host minus its fee.
Guests pay the ticket price plus the card fee shown at checkout. nun.ki holds the payment until the session has taken place and then releases it to the host, minus the nun.ki fee in force.
5. Cancellations
In short:if a session doesn't happen, guests are protected.
